Old Posts Tell your story
I worked for a carrier out of Romulus, Michigan for a few months. I quit because it just wasn't for me, I didn't like the periodic stress. When I quit, my pay was held back for over a month. Can they do this? They said it was to use the check as collateral in the event I damaged any of the freight on my last few loads. I did get it after several weeks but is this legal?
