There are 2 different forums on this site, 1. A carrier Forum and 2. A Driver Forum. Carriers have to be approved by moderator.
In the carrier forum, drivers will not be able to view the contents nor will any unaproved viewer.
If a driver / Owner Operator has a minor, mild or serious problem with a past, potential or current carrier and they wish to post their complaint, they may do so but only after our Moderator has presented the complaint to the carrier.
The complaint will be posted as presented only after the carrier has reviewed the complaint. After the carrier has had their opportunity to view the complaint, they may post their rebuttal to the complaint in order to defend the action with an explanation. The driver with the complaint may review the rebuttal and reply as well. If the carrier offers no rebuttal, the complaint will be posted and “No Comment” will be posted to the complaint.
This method has been devised to render an equal playing field to both parties. This will hopefully prevent misleading or untrue statements from users of this site and will hopefully render a settlement to the grievance as well.
All forum posts must be authenticated by our system. Each new user may post a forum topic through their submission, but the submission will first return to the senders email address for authentication then be posted or “Pooled”
for other party rebuttal.
Any items our moderators feel are in poor taste or unsubstantiated may not be posted at all. |
